friendly staff complimentary mini bar tasty treats
the staff near the station was very friendly. the complimentary mini bar was a great touch. i found some nice treats too.

Uneven experience. Some issues NEED attention
faulty air conditioning leaking shower
I found a couple of things annoying. the air conditioning barely worked. It was really warm. the shower leaked all over the bathroom floor it was a mess. frankly i expected more from a hotel like this.

a sanctuary near the station
friendly staff convenient location
I found the staff friendly. They always seemed ready to help. the location offered easy access to transportation. It was quite convenient. the hotel had nice amenities like the pool. It was a lovely option for relaxation.
The breakfast buffet had a queue. I encountered a small wait.

the room had a comfortable bed i appreciated. there was also a good shower offering a proper bath. pillows felt so soft like a cloud resting my tired head.

The swimming pool added a good touch. I swam a little every day. the hotel offers a kids zone, a thoughtful inclusion. the lift worked fast, taking guests up the floors.

the staff was friendly and always smiling, really warming my heart. they seemed helpful, and always willing to assist. i noticed their commitment for me to feel at ease in the hotel.

The hotel offers close proximity to the train station. access to taxis was easy. I found no problems getting around. many restaurants and shops are nearby. It was easy to find what i needed.
